1F licenses under the Delhi Excise Policy 2022-23, namely (i) Anheuser- Busch InBev India Limited (ii) B9 Beverages Pvt Ltd (iii) Fratelli Wines Pvt Ltd, (iv) Blue Ocean Beverages Pvt Ltd and subsequently to the other manufacturers also as and when they will get their L1, L-1F licenses, who shall be able to sell the said stock to the retail shops on the payment of the requisite duty as per Rule 56 of the Delhi Excise Rules, 2010;
