1. The appellant filed an RTI application dated 4.9.2013 seeking information on 3 points; 1) reasons for nondeclaration of result for the examination conducted for the post of Commercial Traffic Apprentice, 2) expenditure incurred on uniform on a Grade pay employee in a year and detail of expenditure incurred on uniform, 3) closing time of UTS ticket counter during the arrival and departure signal of the trains.
2. The PIO responded on 25.11.2013. Dissatisfied with the reply, the appellant filed first appeal with the first appellate authority(FAA). The FAA responded on 13.2.2014. The appellant filed a second appeal dated 14.7.2014 with the Commission. Hearing:
