C.S. No.377/12are categorical admissions and judicial process cannot be abused to delay the matter. Our Hon'ble High Court has relied upon judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Nagindas Ramdas vs. Dalpatram Iccharam alias Brijram and Anr. MANU/SC/0417/1973 and relevant Para 27 reads as under :
