       Heard Shri U.K. Sharma, learned senior counsel with
Shri P.N. Tiwari, for the petitioner.
       Heard on I.A. No. 10895/2013 for taking additional
grounds on record by which the petitioner wants to bring to
the notice of this court the applications for vacating stay,
urgent    hearing   filed    by   the   petitioner    before    the
Commissioner in Revision Case No. 12/Nigrani/2012-13 as
well as order passed by the Commissioner, Shahdol,
Division Shahdol on 09.07.2013 wherein he has directed
issuance of notices on the said applications.
       Further heard on the question of admission and
interim relief.
       The petitioner has filed this petition against an
interim    order    dated     11.06.2013       passed     by    the
Commissioner, Shahdol, Division Shahdol in Case No. 12/
Nigrani/2012-13 whereby the Commissioner while staying
operation of the order passed by the Collector dated
28.02.2013 has issued a further direction that the charge
of the respondent/petitioner be handed over to some other

Secretary.

Having heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner, it is observed that the matter is subjudice before the Commissioner. The petitioner has also filed applications for vacating stay and urgent hearing on which notices have been issued.

In the circumstances, as the petitioner cannot be permitted to pursue the parallel proceedings, the petition filed by the petitioner is disposed of with a direction to the Commissioner, Shahdol, Division Shahdol to decide the application for vacating stay filed by the petitioner at the earliest after giving due opportunity of hearing to all concerned.

With the aforesaid observation, the petition filed by the petitioner stands disposed of.
