Per: Justice Anand Pathak The present review petition under Order 47 Rule 1 of CPC r/w Article 226 of the Constitution r/w Rule 30A Chapter 3 of MPHC Rules 2008 has been filed for reviewing the order dated 19.09.2025 passed in W.P.No.10329/2023.
After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this review petition with liberty that another writ petition vide W.P.No.43208/2025 is preferred against the assessment order and that be permitted to be heard on its own merit.
Prayer noted.
Present review petition is dismissed as withdrawn. However, W.P.No.10329/2025 shall be heard and decided on its own merit.
