                               JUDGMENT

J. NISHA BANU (J) This matrimonial appeal has been filed by the husband challenging the judgment dated 27.02.2015 in O.P. No. 118 of 2013 on the files of the Family Court, Vatakara, by which the original petition filed by the wife seeking for return of gold ornaments and money was allowed in part. The appellant and the first respondent are the husband and wife respectively.

2. When the case was taken up on 06.04.2026, there was no appearance for the appellant, so it was posted for dismissal on 08.04.2026. Today, when the case is taken up, there is no appearance for either the appellant or the respondents.

Since the matter pertains to the year 2015, we are not inclined to keep it pending.

Accordingly, the Mat. Appeal is dismissed for non - prosecution.
