Heard on I.A. No.29606/2024, an application for exemption from depositing the fine amount filed on behalf of appellant No.1 - Netrapal Singh.

Learned counsel for appellant No.1 submitted that the application for suspension of jail sentence of appellant No.1 - Netrapal Singh was allowed on 29.03.2019 but he is still in jail, since he is unable to deposit the fine amount imposed by the learned trial Court at the time of conviction. He further submitted that the appellant is poor and is not in a position to deposit the fine amount of Rs.21,000/-., therefore, the same may be exempted.

Looking to the fact that the sentence was suspended in the year 2019 and the fine amount could not be deposited till date. The I.A. No.29606/2024 is allowed and appellant No.1 - Netrapal Singh is exempted from depositing the fine amount subject to the final outcome of this appeal.
