Counsel for petitioners states that petitioners have participated in the process of recruitment on the post of Basic Computer Instructor and petitioners secured aggregate higher marks than the last cut off marks of the selected candidate, but as minimum 40% marks in each paper were not secured, therefore, appointment to petitioners has been declined.
