NC: 2025:KHC:5096-DB evidence presented indicates that her mental condition was debilitated. Chowdamma had no right to the property after the partition, and in light of her husband's prior execution of a Will, it is improbable that Chowdamma still held rights to the property and could execute a Will in favor of Defendant No. 5. The disposition of property in this manner appears unnatural and unlikely, especially when considering the relevant circumstances brought forth by Defendant Nos. 1 and 2.
