PW6 SI Ichha Ram deposed that on 01.07.2008 he was posted at PS G.K. I and had gone to verify Parcha 12 of the accused persons and submitted his report.
During the crossÂexamination, PW6 stated, that it was incorrect that he had not joined the investigation and had not gone to verify the addresses of accused persons.
