The present Original Application has been filed by the applicant under Section 19 of Administrative Tribunals Act, 1985, making therein a prayer for issuance of a direction to quash transfer order dated 21.07.2022 (Annexure A-1) vide which applicant has been transferred as Scientist-in-Charge (SIC) of the CSIO Chennai Centre with a further direction to the respondents to allow him to continue at his present place of posting where he is handling a number of research projects which are at crucial stage .
