1. "Mr Ankit Rastogi qualified as the Star6 category agent for the year 2017-18.
2. He applied on 27/10/2020 for the reimbursement of mobile phone purchased by him under the agency reward scheme for agent 2017-18.
3. He filed the RTI on 08.02.2023 pertaining to the matter of reimbursement of Mobile phone.
4. He referred the matter to Mistry of Finance by lodging the grievance numbered "DEAID/E/2023/0022006" which was forwarded to United India Insurance Co Ltd on 18/08/2023.
5. Matter was thoroughly scrutinized by the concerned department and competent authority repudiated the reimbursement of mobile phone to Mr. Ankit Rastogi. The office note is attached.
6. Final reply was sent to Mr. Ankit Rastogi by the undersigned on 25/08/2023 which is as under:
You have provided Mobile Phone (One Plus 7 T) bill dated 09/01/2020 for reimbursement towards Star Category 6 agency reward PY 2017-18 HOWEVER, AS PER POINT NO.4 OF "AGENCY REWARDS SCHEMES FOR INDIVIDUAL AGENTS 2017-18 dated 30.10.2017: STAR 6 CATEGORY AGENT IS ELIGIBLE FOR THE REIMBURSEMENT LAPTOP/DOMESTIC TRIP/TWO WHEELER/FOREIGN TRIP AND IN LIEU OF DOMESTIC TRIP REIMBURSEMENT OF LAPTOP/I-PAD/TABLET/PC ONLY CAN BE AVAILED TO STAR 6 CATEGORY AGENT.
