1. Ms. Ruchi Sindhwani, Senior Standing Counsel for the Official Liquidator ('OL') has placed a brief synopsis of the current status of the M/s Hoffland Finance Ltd./ company in liquidation. The synopsis with respect to the remaining companies in liquidation may be filed and placed on record.

2. As per the synopsis, the fund position is Rs.13,94,52,827/- and the properties' assets have all been liquidated except for one land where the factory situated at Khekra, Bagpat, U.P., in respect of which the Company Appeal No.26/2019 is pending before the Division Bench of this Court.

1. Applications have been filed by one Lt. Col. Amarjeet Singh seeking directions for consideration of his claim of Rs.50,000/- in respect of M/s Hoffland Finance Ltd.

2. The delay in filing the claim is condoned.

3. The claim has already been filed before the OL, which was rejected on account of lack of original documents.

1. This application was filed by Ms. Pushpa Bhatt for an amount of Rs.5 Lakhs on 28th October 2011 in Form-66. The said claim consists of a claim of Rs.3 Lakhs with respect to M/s Hoffland Finance Ltd. and the remaining amount of Rs.2 Lakhs pertains to M/s Hoffland Agro. The latter company i.e. M/s Hoffland Agro is not in liquidation and, therefore, that claim had to be severed and was therefore, rejected.
