J U D G M E N T
The petitioner is a temporary employee who has not been reengaged since 28.02.2012. According to the petitioner, as per Ext.P4 minutes, there is a decision to reengage the petitioner, which has not been implemented so far, in spite of Ext.P5 by which the Government has also given a similar assurance. The petitioner has submitted Ext.P6 representation which is pending before the 1st respondent. The petitioner seeks the issue of appropriate directions for the disposal of Ext.P6. Advocate George Poonthottam appears for the 1st respondent.
2. In view of the limited relief that is sought, I am satisfied that this Writ Petition can be disposed of.
This Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider Ext.P6 representation submitted by the petitioner, in accordance with law and to pass appropriate orders thereon, as expeditiously as possible and at any rate, within a period of six weeks of the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment, after hearing the petitioner also.
