In case the petitioner appears before the trial Court, in that eventuality, trial Court shall release him on interim regular bail subject to his furnishing requisite bail bonds and surety bonds."
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in deference to the above order, petitioner has appeared before the trial Court. He has produced the copy of the order dated 10.09.2019 wherein this fact is mentioned that the petitioner had appeared before the learned Magistrate on 24.05.2019 and had furnished the requisite bail bonds and surety bonds.
