        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to :

        i) direct the respondents to sanction and disburse the provisional
   pension and DCRG to the petitioner, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.

        ii) stay all further proceedings as against the petitioner pursuant
   to Ext.P7, pending disposal of the Writ Petition.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.GEORGE POONTHOTTAM (SENIOR ADVOCATE) along with M/S.NISHA GEORGE &
   REGINALD VALSALAN, Advocates for the petitioner and of SRI.PRASANTH R.K,
   learned counsel representing SRI.T.P.PRADEEP, STANDING COUNSEL for
   Respondents (By Order), the court passed the following:

Sri.Prasanth R.K, learned counsel representing Sri.T.P.Pradeep, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent seeks time to file counter pleadings.

Post on 14/06/2022; in the meanwhile, any coercive action against the petitioner based on the impugned orders shall stand deferred.
