otherwise the tenancy was entered into by Davinder Sharma with the petitioner and he was the only tenant and the first was duly represented through Davinder Sharma who contested the case upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court and now this false and frivolous objections have been got filed by Davinder Sharma in the execution to delay the execution of delivery of possession confirmed upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court. It is also admitted by the objector that it was Davinder Sharma, his father, who had taken the demised premises on rent, as such, the objector was not the necessary party. The alleged partnership deed, if any, is a forged and fabricated document and the objector is liable to be prosecuted for the same. It is pertinent to mention here that there were six tenants in the entire building and all the tenants contested the ejectment petitions hotly and lost upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court. All these facts have been concealed in order to obstruct the execution of ejectment order confirmed upto the Hon'ble Supreme Court."
