1. This appeal has been filed under section 91 of the Trade Marks Act, l999 assailing order dated 14th March, 2024 passed by respondent no.1 (Registrar of Trademarks) dismissing the opposition by appellant permitting the trademark application No.5854000 of respondent no.2 in the wordmark "JBR" in class 12.
2. On steps being taken by appellant, notice be issued to respondents through all permissible modes returnable on 22nd May, 2024. Reply be filed by respondents within next 6 weeks with copies to the opposing counsel. Rejoinder, if deemed necessary, be filed thereafter, before the next date of hearing.
