Though in the jamabandi for the year 1970-71 and 2000-01, defendant No.2 Roshan was shown to be in cultivating possession over the suit land as Gair Marusi tenant yet in the Parat Sarkar for the aforementioned years Norang, predecessor- in-interest of the plaintiffs-petitioners alongwith proforma defendant Subbo was shown as Gair Marusi tenant While dealing with this issue, the trial Court, prima facie, came to the conclusion that there was interpolation in the Parat Sarkar for the aforementioned periods, especially when there was no order of competent authority for introducing the name of predecessor-in- interest of the plaintiffs as Gair Marusi tenant.
