It is true that in the light of the afore statement made by Mr.Mittal the petitioner's cause has been rendered infructuous but we cannot lose sight of the fact that in this case there has been inordinate delay of about 3 ½ delay in the execution of his ejectment order which have attained finality. Therefore, let Financial Commissioner (Revenue), Haryana, look into the matter and file an affidavit explaining therein the delay in the execution of the afore referred order dated 30.09.2021 passed by the Assistant Collector, 1st Grade, Kaithal. The names of the officers responsible for such delay shall also figure in the said affidavit. Dereliction in 1 of 2 Neutral Citation No:=2025:PHHC:048591-DB CWP-5096-2025 [2] the discharge of duty by the concerned Deputy Commissioner(s), who are/were posted in Kaithal from 30.09.2021 till 08.04.2025 shall also be gone into.
