None for the ex-Directors of the company in liquidation though on the previous dates different Advocates had taken time to obtain instructions on behalf of the ex- Directors.
Shri Sudhanshu Vyas, learned counsel for the company in liquidation has submitted that ex-Director, Vijay Choudhary is in custody in District Jail, Indore. In respect of the ex-Director Sushanta Shyam Sunder Pradhan, he has submitted that his whereabouts are not known. Let production warrant be issued for producing the ex- Director, Vijay Choudhary from District Jail, Indore, in custody before this Court on the next date of hearing and a bailable warrant of a sum of Rs.15,000/- be issued for the personal appearance of ex-Director, Sushant Shyam Sunder Pradhan on the next date of hearing. Shri D.S.Panwar, learned counsel for petitioner has pointed out that in the written submission/status report dated 24.4.2017 submitted by the E.D. in para 4, it has been disclosed that 130 acres of land of the company in liquidation available at Indore has been attached. Learned counsel for the E.D. is directed to disclose the details of this land. He is also directed to give the full particulars of the attached land disclosed in para-4 thereof on or before the next date of hearing. List on 23.10.2017.
