Also heard Shri D. Choudhury, learned counsel for the respondent.
Page No.# 2/2 The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the decree in question was for ejectment of the tenant, who has been arrayed as respondent no. 1, Nirmal Talukdar in this present case. It is submitted that such decree for ejectment has been affirmed by the Appellate Court and thereafter was put to execution.
