Respondents are directed to come out with a specific instructions about the authority of the Magistrate in having filed complaint in question and the applicability of the concerned Act on the applicant. They say that they will be able to collect the information and file response by 30th October, 2015. Let the needful be done.
List on 30th October, 2015.
In the meanwhile no further proceedings will be undertaken by the Special Judge.
