It is alleged that, on the relevant day when the accused petitioners were filling up that pit with sand, the informant protested to such action, whereby Petitioner No.1 became furious and abused her in filthy languages and assaulted her on her head by means of a bill-hook intending to kill her in life, as a result of which the informant sustained bleeding injury and became unconscious. It is further alleged that, when the son and son-in-law of the informant tried to save the informant, Petitioner No.1 waived that bill-hook aiming towards them, as a result of which the son and son-in-law of the informant sustained bleeding injuries on their body.
