(Order of the Court was made by R.SUDHAKAR,J.) The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition in public interest, seeking a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to consider the petitioner's representations dated 19.09.2013 and 19.10.2013 and to remove the encroachment made on the Pacode - Parayan Vilai Road of Pacode Panchayat, Vilavancode Taluk, Kanyakumari District, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. The grievance of the petitioner appears to be that there are some encroachments on public revenue lands, more particularly, on the public road and therefore, he made a representation to the first respondent to take action and remove the encroachments made by the respondents 6 to 11. Since no final order has been passed, the present writ petition has been filed for the relief stated supra.
