1. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent informed this Court that she has moved CM APPL. 22535/2022 for imposing penal costs on appellant for delay in handing over possession by taking frivolous pleas before this Court.
2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of petitioner informed that the copy of the said application has not been supplied to her and, therefore, she could not pursue the same.
3. Learned counsel for the respondent is directed to supply the copy of the said application to the learned counsel for the petitioner.
