State of Gujarat Laws (SC)-2010-1-18, dealing with the killing of the brother of the petitioner Sohrabuddin Sheikh in the alleged fake encounter and Narmada Bai Vs. State of Gujarat Laws (SC)-2011-4-42, being mother of Tulsiram Prajapati alleged to have been killed in the fake encounter. He also referred to the judgments of the Supreme Court in Ramesh Kumari Vs. State (N.C.T. of Delhi) and others 2006 Crl.L.J. 1622 and Prithipal Singh etc. Vs. State of Punjab 2011(0) AIJEL-SC-50677 in this context.
