The respondents had given detailed para-wise reply to the OA, and had stoutly defended their case that even after taking notice of the quashing of the FIR registered against the applicant, as the Screening Committee had found him to have been involved in a case of assaulting, causing injuries to the complainant, and his family members, and, therefore, not fit for being inducted in a disciplined force like Delhi Police. They had justified their actions, and had prayed that the OA is liable to be dismissed.
