The present petition is filed by Liladhar Parwani. According to the respondents, the gold jewellery were seized from four brothers, namely, Tarachand Parwani, Narayan Parwani, Shankar Parwani and Suresh Parwani and when this petitioner moved an application, remaining brothers raised an objection.

Counsel for the petitioner prays for and is granted time to seek instruction whether they are willing to join as petitioners or not, otherwise they will be impleaded as respondents.
