Petitioner is a candidate for recruitment to the posts of Traffic Apprentice, Goods Guard and Assistant Station Master pursuant to the Advertisement CEN 03/2015 for graduate level non-technical popular category posts published on 26.12.2015. The petitioner had been found unfit for A2 in the medical test. He has exhausted remedy of re-medical test. In the re-medical examination, he was found unfit for A2 category on the ground that he had "bony abnormality in left knees and ankles with restricted flexion of knees and dorsiflexion of ankles". Before appreciating the ground for medically unfit, we want to know what are the physical standard fixed for the posts along with any defect in the candidature body could disqualify him for the aforementioned posts. In this regard, respondents' counsel is Patna High Court CWJC No.16154 of 2024(2) dt.30-10-2024 hereby directed to produce all related papers for the selection and appointment of the aforementioned posts on the next date of hearing.
