SHASHI THAROOR (THIRUVANANTHAPURAM): Sir, I beg to move for leave to introduce a Bill to establish an effective regime to protect the right to privacy of data all natural person, to set out conditions of surveillance and interception of communications of natural persons and to constitute a Privacy Commission and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.
