The petitioner has undertaken the work of 'Pullad Fish Market Stall'. The petitioner has approached this court on account of delay in disbursing the bill amount.

2. The learned Standing Counsel for the Panchayath would submit that the Panchayath has already sanctioned the amount and forwarded to the Matsyafed. It is also submitted that the work has undertaken on behalf of the Matsyafed and as soon as the Panchayath receive the amount from the Matsyafed, they will release the amount to the petitioner.

In view of the above, the Panchayath shall disburse the amount to the petitioner within one month on receipt of the fund from the Matsyafed.

The writ petition is disposed of as above.
