Ram Nath Ahuja, father of the respondents/appellants vide rent agreement dated 08.08.1975. After the death of Sh. Kundan Lal Kapoor, the petitioner/respondent became the owner/landlady of the property. Sh. Ram Nath Ahuja also died and the tenancy devolved upon his four sons i.e. respondents.
