In a preliminary reply submission filed by respondent, it is stated in paragraph 10 that he is not filing para-wise reply but prays liberty to the court to file the same as and when occasion so arises with the liberty of the court.
Taking into consideration the contention in para 10 of the preliminary reply submission, learned counsel for the respondent was called upon as to whether he would like to file reply to the writ petition, Learned counsel for the respondent prays that he may be granted sometime to file a reply on merit.
Prayer allowed.
List on 15.9.2020 to enable the respondent to file reply/para-wise reply to the writ petition.
Meanwhile, there shall be stay of operation of impugned order dated 14.8.2020 passed in M.A. Nos.200/399/200 and 200/400/2020.
