Party-in-person - Vasudev K. Thakkar, though has filed this application for transfer of a Civil Misc. Application No. 27 of 2022 under Sections 24 and 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 from Nadiad Court to Anand Court, however, he has no issue wherever it proceeds. If that is so, this application is misconceived, and therefore, it is rejected.
