I accordingly, pass a decree for a sum of Rs. 4,50,000/­ (Rupees Four Lacs Fifty Thousand Only) with interest @ 12 % per annum from the date of filing of the suit till realization, along with the cost of the suit. Decree sheet be prepared accordingly. File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
