This is a petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of concession of anticipatory bail to the petitioners in case FIR No.115 dated 28.3.2011 under Sections 420/467/468/471/506/120-B IPC registered at Police Station Palam Vihar, Gurgaon.
Heard learned counsel for the parties. This court, while issuing notice of motion on 27.6.2012 directed that in the event of arrest, petitioners would be released on interim bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer/investigating officer in connection with abovesaid case FIR.
On instructions from Assistant Sub Inspector Kundan Lal, learned State counsel informs that petitioners have joined the investigation and are no more required for interrogation.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, the order dated 27.6.2012 passed by this Court is made absolute.
Petition disposed of accordingly.
