CIT(A)-3 dt. 01.8.2011 for assessment years 2007-08 & 2008-09. As ground No.1 of both assessee's appeals involved common issues and ground No. 2 of Revenue's appeal is covered by the decision of the Tribunal in assessee's own case, therefore, all these appeals are taken up together and dispose of the same by this common order for the sake of convenience and brevity.
