ORDER
Admit. Sri. Riji Rajendran, the learned Standing Counsel takes notice for respondents.
There will be a stay of all proceedings pursuant to Ext.P7 notice on condition that the petitioner pays an amount of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty lakhs only) to the 1st respondent within a period of three weeks. In the meantime, the 1st respondent or the competent among the respondents shall consider Ext.P6 representation submitted by the petitioner seeking the benefit of one time settlement. The petitioner shall make available a copy of Ext.P6 before the 1st respondent along with a copy of this order.
