        Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
   stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
   pleased to stay the effect and implementation of 3rd condition in Exhibit
   P1 (The age of the engine should be 10 years to the maximum), pending
   final disposal of the writ petition, for the ends of justice.


        This petition coming on for admission upon perusing the petition and
   the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
   SRI.BIJU ABRAHAM, Advocate for the petitioners, and of SRI.T.P.PRADEEP,
   Advocate for R3, the court passed the following:

                                            ORDER

Learned Government Pleader to get instructions.

Pending consideration of the writ petition, there will be a direction to respondents 2 and 3 to cause inspection of the fishing boat of the petitioner also on 16.01.2022 or any other deferred date for the purpose of issuance of kerosene permit. Such inspection will be provisional and subject to the outcome of the writ petition.
