Order 06/10/2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Public Prosecutor as well as learned counsel for the complainant on this interim bail application under Section 439 Cr.P.C.

The interim bail application is arising out of FIR No.21/2015 of Police Station Mundwa, District Nagaur, wherein petitioners are charged for offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 324, 341 & 307 IPC and Sections 3/25, 5/25 & 7/25 of the Arms Act. At present sessions trial in Case No.203/2015 before Additional District & Sessions Judge No.2, Nagaur is under progress.

In view thereof, I feel dissuaded to grant interim bail to both the petitioners.

Consequently, the interim bail application is rejected.
