* Article 4(i) at page 829, it can be seen that RKL has to indemnify GDPL against all claims, liability etc. which arise against GDPL or suffered by it in respect of dispatches made on indent / instructions of RKL. This clause is thus couched in the widest terms and the risk in the venture is of RKL.
* Article 4 provides that RKL is responsible for causing the sale of the products manufactured by GDPL by procuring orders for RKL brands and products manufactured under the agreement. . The batch for production is decided by RKL staff which differentiates one brand from another and after changeover the blending tank is expected to be cleaned and rinsed as per defined procedure.
