RTI application:

1. The appellant filed an RTI application on 20.10.2011seeking information pertaining  to names of officers involved in giving loan facilities to M/s Zoom Developers  Pvt.  Ltd. 

and /or M/s Zoom Vallabh Steel Ltd. 

2. The PIO responded on 16.11.2011 and denied the information to the appellant.  The  appellant filed a first appeal on 05.12.2011 with the first appellate authority (FAA).  The FAA  responded on 25.01.2012 and upheld the decision of CPIO.   The appellant filed a second  appeal on 01.03.2012 with the Commission.
