It seems to me that the petition has to be disposed of in presence of both the parties.
Petitioner is directed to issue notice along with a copy of this application with all annexures appended thereto by speed post with Acknowledgement Due upon the opposite parties and shall file affidavit of service on the next date of hearing.
In the meantime, there shall be an order of stay of all further proceedings of Order No.77 dated 30.11.2015 passed in Ejectment Execution Case No.2 of 2004 till 18th April, 2016.
