1. Reply filed by the respondents.
2. Heard both the parties. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents are now confer with their view pursuant to the notification they have issued for selection, DAPC will be available to all those who have completed 2 years per-se. The earlier objection internally raised regarding the 5 years term required under Recruitment Rules is no longer relevant. Therefore, they have placed the matter before the DPC and and request for some time to complete the matter by the DPC. Therefore, their request is allowed. DPC will be convened and appropriate decision will be taken and conveyed to the applicant within 2 months next. OA is allowed to this extent. No order as to costs.
