Section 108 A deals with abetment in India of offences outside India. Section 109, IPC, deals with punishment of abetment if the act abetted is committed in consequence of abetment and where no express provision is made for its punishment. Section 110, IPC, deals with punishment of abetment if person abetted does not act with a different intention from that of abettor. Section 119, IPC, deals with public servant concealing design to commit offence which it is the duty to prevent. Section 120, IPC deals with concealing design to commit offence punishable with imprisonment.
