"1. None appears for the Petitioner and private Respondent. This Writ Petition is notified for hearing and final disposal on the "Prioritised Matter" Board in the previous week, well in advance.
2. When the matter is called out for hearing, none is present for the Petitioner nor the Respondent, except the learned AGP.
3. Case papers of the Writ Petition are not available with the Court record. Hence Advocate for the parties are directed to reconstruct the copy of Writ Petition afresh. Copy of reconstructed Writ Petition shall be placed on record before the Court on the next adjourned date.
4. One last opportunity is granted to the Petitioner and private Respondent/s to remain present on the next date. If they do not remain present on the next adjourned date, this Court shall dismiss the Writ Petition for non-prosecution with liberty to the parties to seek revival / restoration.
5. Stand over to 03rd July, 2025 under the caption "Prioritised Matters" Board as notified in advance."
