1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:-
"I. Issue an appropriate writ/order in the nature of mandamus declaring the policy issued by Respondent no.1 for grant of license to the meat shops, meat processing/packaging/storage plants/factories/ units and registration of the platforms/ thadas allotted by the Delhi Development Authority/government agencies for the sale of chicken and (f)ish insofar as it relates to the sale of meat in Dabri Mor as illegal, ultra-vires and unconstitutional being violative of Article 14 and Article 21 of the Constitution of India;
