Learned advocate for the petitioners invited this Court s attention to the order passed by this Court on 23.11.2012 in S.C.A. No.15228 of 2012 annexed in the petitions be passed in the present matter also, as except few facts other facts are identical.
The Court is of the view that prima facie there appears to be justification of passing order of maintaining status quo till the returnable date, as the subsequent selection process in the regular procedure cannot be held as detriment and the pay is required to be protected.
