The present application has been filed for quashing the order dated 16.05.2013 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with G.O. Case No. 32 of 2013, whereby processes have been issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 23, 24, 25 of PNDT Act.

The accusation is of running ultra sound clinic without having any registration.
